At VELORI Store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations. Please review our return policy.

You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your purchase to initiate a return.

Items purchased at a discounted price (including items purchased during promotional events or with discount codes) are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@veloristore.com to obtain return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support at support@veloristore.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
